Why Microfilm?
Microfilming is a well-proven method of document storage, and is
acceptable to both legal and governmental authorities. Microfilm is a
photographic medium. Special microfilm cameras record your documents onto
film, which is then processed to produce negatives.

Documents can be stored on roll film or Microfiche. This may depend on
the type of documents to be stored and/or your method of retrieval.
The number of documents stored on each microfilm will depend on the
type and size of your documents. We shall be pleased to advise the

loosing or misfiling a document.

Certain documents, such as drawings or plans may need to be stored or
held separately. We can cater for this by producing individual
aperture cards for these types of documents.
- Viewing & Retrieval
The equipment required to view, retrieve and print documents will
depend on your requirements. However, you can always use us to
retrieve and print out a hard copy of any document or documents you
may need.
